JPS Consulting opened its doors in 2005 with owner/operator Joshua Shuttlesworth serving as the lone consultant. The business was started to offer the following services: Emergency Management/Response Training, Grant-Writing (Federal Grants, State Grants, Corporate Donation Solicitation, AFG, SAFER, FPS, CEDAP etc.), Business Contract Drafting, Policy Manual Development, Title Services, Curriculum Development, Web Design, Photography, and Corporate Compliance Training. Jocelyn holds a Master of Legal Studies, a Master of Arts in Higher Education Administration, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from West Virginia University. She also holds a Certificate in Gerontology from West Virginia University Center on Aging and is a Certified Trauma Therapist.
