2015 Bulk Emergency Equipment Purchasing Plan

Organizational Enrollment Fee ($50.00)- This initial setup fee includes the verification of any non-profit status, database construction, data population and administrative costs. Payment of this fee allows your organization to take part in the quarterly purchasing program an unlimited amount of times for an unlimited amount of money.

Individual Enrollment Fee ($25.00)- This initial setup fee includes management of contact information, data entry, database construction, and data population costs. Payment of this fee allows you to take part in the quarterly purchasing program an unlimited amount of times for an unlimited amount of money.

Fee for Purchases Under $5,000 (2%)- The total amount of your purchase will be used to calculate your share of the transaction and administrative costs.  

Fee for Purchases Over $5,000 (1%)- The total amount of your purchase will be used to calculate your share of the transaction and administrative costs.

Generally what you could save over retail costs (depending on the product requested):                       1) Purchases over $100 could save fifteen dollars, if properly specified and bid correctly                              2) Purchases over $5,000 could save over four hundred dollars, if properly specified and bid correctly                      3) Purchases over $10,000 could save thousands of dollars, if properly specified and bid correctly
